NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commision of the City of St. Peters will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the St. Peters Justice Center. The St. Peters Justice Center is located at the intersection of Suemandy Drive and Grand Teton Drive (I 020 Grand Teton Drive). All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral comment. Petition SU 24-08 Crunch Fitness c/o Jplus Architects, Inc requesting a special use permit in the C-2 Community Commerical District to allow a fitness facility larger than 3,000 square feet on a 4.571 +/- acre tract of land. The propeliy is located on the west side of Mid Rivers Mall Drive, north of Mexico Road (411 Mid Rivers Mall Drive).
