NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ST. PETERS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Board of Adjustment of the City of St. Peters, Missouri will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at City Hall located on St. Peters Centre Boulevard at Mexico Road. The following petition will be considered at that time. PETITION 24-08 David Emert requests a variance to allow the construction of an accessory building (garage) larger than 1,000 square feet in area on a lot that exceeds 18,000 square feet in the R-1 Single Family Residential District. The property is located at 18 County Fair Trail (Lot 38 of Hermitage Plat 1 as recorded in Book 20 Page 195 at the St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds). All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral comment.
