NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of O’Fallon will conduct a Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on October 3, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the O’Fallon Municipal Centre located at 100 North Main Street, O’Fallon, Missouri and before the City Council on October 10, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the O’Fallon Municipal Centre located at 100 North Main Street, O’Fallon, Missouri, concerning the following request for Rezoning per Chapter 400, Article XVI, of the Municipal Code: Name of Owner/Applicant: Location of Property: Current Zoning Classification: Proposed use: West End Properties, Inc. 405 E Elm Street and 116 Sonderen Street C-1/Restricted Business District The existing buildings will remain, no change in use proposed We urge any persons interested in making their views known on any matter on the agenda to send an email with their comments to tcoffman@ofallonmo.gov or ehendricks@ofallonmo.gov.
