Dicamba class action lawsuit
A lawsuit filed in United States District Court in ºüÀêÊÓƵ on Wednesday, July 19, argues that manufacturers of dicamba-tolerant seed and formulations of the herbicide are liable for widespread crop damage allegedly linked to the products. Monsanto, BASF, DuPont and Pioneer are the agribusiness and chemical companies listed as defendants in the case.
