ST. LOUIS 鈥 City residents can begin casting 鈥渘o excuse鈥 absentee ballots on Tuesday for the upcoming Aug. 6 primary election.

Absentee voting for people with certain medical conditions or out-of-town obligations began last month. But for the next two weeks, any registered voter can cast an absentee ballot without a legal excuse from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, and from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays at the following locations:
- Buder Library, 4401 Hampton Avenue.
- Central Library, 1301 Olive Street.
- Kingshighway Library, 2260 South Vandeventer Avenue.
- Schlafly Library, 225 North Euclid Avenue.
- Walnut Park Library, 5760 West Florissant Avenue.
The Election Board鈥檚 headquarters, at 300 North Tucker Boulevard, will be open for no-excuse absentee voting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3.
