Forward Dylan Holloway is a game-time decision for Thursday's game against Utah, Blues coach Drew Bannister said after morning skate.
Holloway left Tuesday's game on a stretcher after he was hit in the neck by a puck and said he "blacked out" on the Blues bench. He was taken to the hospital on Tuesday, was released late Tuesday night, and was back at the Blues facility on Wednesday morning.
Holloway participated in optional morning skate on Thursday.
If Holloway is unable to play, Kasperi Kapanen has been cleared to play after missing three games with an upper-body injury and could enter the lineup.
Joel Hofer will start in goal.

Forward Kasperi Kapanen, who has not played in the past three games due to an upper-body injury, “could be an option” against Utah, Blues coach Drew Bannister said.
The win was a similar recipe that the Blues have needed to follow as they navigate injuries to Robert Thomas, Philip Broberg and now Holloway.
