Former Metropolitan Sewer District spokesman Lance LeComb landed a new job with ºüÀêÊÓƵ County Executive Steve Stenger — for good pay and a long title.
LeComb signed with Stenger's team on Oct. 10, drawing $130,000 a year as a "senior policy advisor for administration and strategic initiatives" — which likely entails offering advice on policies regarding administrative issues and any new plans in the area of strategy.
A 15-year veteran as MSD's public information manager, LeComb ankled the utility in late September and stated he was "exploring other options."
LeComb is the husband of Mary Ellen Ponder, former chief of staff to ºüÀêÊÓƵ Mayor Francis G. Slay and now a lobbyist/politico for financier Rex Sinquefield.
